Meditation Mondays: So Hum Healing Mantra

Hey guys, here’s a great stress-release meditation that combines mudras (hand, eye, and body positions) and mantras (thought, sound & vibration). I recite this healing mantra every once and a when I’m in need of healing and stress relief.

Once you learn the technique, you can continue to practice with the clip or on your own. It’s good to meditate in your own personal space used for relaxation or even outside. Be patient with yourself and try to practice meditation on a regular basis.
